If Downtown Champaign’s Miga is known for one thing, it’s for constantly keeping up on global food trends, and then adapting them to Champaign-Urbana. Today, they announce yet another awesome dish with cutting-edge ingredients.
This weekend’s ingredient of choice is a white strawberry, which is evidently taking Japanese cuisine by storm right now. They are incorporated into a White Strawberry Salad, which includes:
