I like the fact that the bands you mentioned brought back two bands that were covered in the ‘90s. I’m sure that Common Loon’s Madonna shared little with Honcho’s Madonna. I think there should be a rule in place that states that a band can be covered only once per decade. That seems fair, and would keep Beck, Guided By Voices, and The Cure off the docket for a few years.

The whole self-acceptance idea is tricky in itself too. Are we supposed to self-accept by sitting around like bumps on logs, doing nothing but just appreciating and accepting ourselves? You mention the plastic trash floating in the ocean, and that’s actually the case right now.  There are continent size plastic junk fields in gyres in the Pacific and Atlantic right now.   Also, thank you all for not feeding the trolls.
