Sean is joined at WEFT Base One by Holly Curea, Head Chef, & Emmett Silver, Financial Manager of Red Herring Restaurant in Urbana. Reopening a year ago as one of the few vegan restuarants in our community, Red Herring has been bringing progressively-minded food options to C-U for decades. We see that as something worth talking about.
