Since opening in 2013, Triptych Brewing has created more than 200 unique styles of beer, ranging from their well-known Dank Meme pale ale to dark dry Irish stouts. The family-owned brewery has continue to expand since its inception and encompasses a large, state-of-the-art brewing facility as well as a bar and beer garden directly across the street. We spoke with General Manager Michael Miller about the Triptych experience and of course, drank a brew.
