I was raised in Urbana and did most of the usual stuff growing up.  Later on, I earned an English degree from Southern Illinois University; aside from that, I sport few credentials.  Currently, I work at Swann Special Care Center in Champaign.  Although virtually bereft of practical skills, I am able to tie a Monkey’s Fist knot.
