Candy Foster has been playing all over town recently, including a plethora of performances without his band, Shades of Blue. On Friday, however, he’ll be joined by the full band at Downtown Urbana’s Iron Post for what is sure to be a special show.

Euriah has been carefully exploding as one of the bigger local bands of late, and on Saturday, they take to Mike N Molly’s upstairs for a whale of a post-Thanksgiving headliner. Come down off of that turkey high and come watch some of the best indie rock in Champaign-Urbana – you won’t regret it.

WHAT: Chase Baby, Jarrel Young, Truth aka Trouble, Ill State

WHERE: The Canopy Club ($10)

If indie rock isn’t your thing, Canopy has an absolutely stacked night of local hip-hop lined up for Saturday. Chase Baby just dropped his project The Blue Collar, and is celebrating by having some of the best local emcees come out to support his release party. It’s a celebration.
