The "friends of the The Urbana Park District" have failed to mention in a flyer sent to support the tax increase asked for on Feb. 5th, the plans to cover Crystal Lake Park in parking spaces, for more big budget fiasco's. This is lie of omission. They have increased the amount of park interior space and it lies empty due to high fees. The Brookens basketball court is open less that four hours one day a week without charge. They have not nurtured a volunteer base beyond those who stand to profit and students. The fox is in charge of the hen's house budget. Send them a clear message Feb 5th "A change of leadership is needed" vote no to the Urbana Park District Tax Hike.
