From the News-Gazette, Downtown Champaign’s 301 Mongolia is set to close this upcoming Sunday. With that closing comes the expansion of the neighboring Dublin O’Neil’s. Per the article:
A downtown Champaign restaurant will close at the end of this week to make room for the expansion of a nearby restaurant.
Executive Chef at Dublin O’Neil’s and 301 Mongolia Josh Huddleston said that Mongolia’s last day in operation will be this Sunday.
Huddleston said the expansion project at Dublin O’Neil’s will begin soon thereafter. But he said a completion date is not yet known.
Huddleston said Dublin will not be closed during construction.
