A couple of locals were featured on Stereogum‘s recent “30 Essential Songs From The Golden Era of Emo” list — and to no surprise, American Football and Braid were featured.
Braid’s “A Dozen Roses” and American Football’s “Never Meant” made their list of “essentials”, even though you could go on and on for this conversation. Pretty neat nonetheless. Cap’n Jazz also made the list. Check out the full list linked above.
