Fried chicken is more American than pretty much anything I can think of, which makes it a perfect fit for Big Grove Tavern‘s special on the 4th of July, the most American of holidays.
This coming Tuesday, BGT will be offering their special (and rare) Big Grove Fried Chicken (pictured below), as well as mac and cheese, bacon potato salad and bison chili.
