The first ever Bonesstock music event is happening this Saturday, July 19th at Mike N Molly’s, and will feature a pop-up taco truck by Rhizome Productions (truck and kitchen courtesy of the Cracked Truck). Tickets are $10 (plus $2.30 processing fee); you can read a little more about the bands here.

Tacos ($2.50 each, or three for $6)
Pho Brisket: Vietnamese chopped brisket, pickled veggies, citrus crema
Chorizo en jugo: Spiced Mexican sausage, refried black beans, pickled red onions
Baja: Tecate-battered tilapia, salted cabbage slaw, citrus crema
Posole verde: Ancho roasted zuchini & hominy, salsa verde, pickled veggiesSides ($2 each)
Chips and Dip: Fried corn tortillas, xmas-style (with red and green salsa)
Rice & Beans: Spanish rice, refried black beans, pickled red onion
Agua Fresca: Watermelon, mint, agave syrup beverage on ice
