The Champaign-Urbana Folk and Roots Festival organization have announced the dates for their event’s 2017 iteration. The ninth annual C-U Folk and Roots Fest will occur in November from Thursday the 2nd through Saturday the 4th. The grassroots, all volunteer-run festival is completely organized by participating members of the community, creating a unique multimedia event with an emphasis on collaboration and harmony. C-U Folk and Roots Fest relies on help from our community to keep things going, and they’re always looking for volunteers. Here are some specific ways that you can contribute.
Volunteers needed to help plan the 2017 festival!
We are thrilled to confirm that the 9th annual C-U Folk and Roots Festival dates are November 2 – 4, 2017! To make it all happen, we need volunteers to help with the planning NOW. Check out this list of committees/tasks to find out where you can make your mark on your community festival!
