It’s going to be stupid hot the next several days, to the point of being dangerous for those who don’t have access to a cool indoor space.
Champaign-Urbana Public Health District, at 201 Kenyon Road in Champaign, is offering their facility as a cooling center, and one that is kid-friendly. From their Facebook page:
CUPHD is a kid-friendly cooling center, M-F 8-5. Free WiFi, books, and breakfast & lunch for kids 18 an under. We have games too!
