Campus to celebrate International Blasphemy Rights Day

In light of everything in the news right now, it seems especially important this year to celebrate Blasphemy Day — an international holiday protesting laws which make it possible for irreverent free speech to be punishable by jail time, torture, or death.

The Illini Secular Student Alliance in cooperation with the Campus Vegetarian Society, Advocates for Choice, and Women’s Resources Center have got you covered. Together, they will host a FREE show tomorrow evening featuring banned-from-TV comedian (and notable co-host of the Citizen Radio podcast) Jamie Kilstein! The show starts at 8:00 p.m. in the Chemistry Annex, Room 112, on Matthews Street in Urbana.
