Despite erroneously calling it a soft opening, Collective Pour in Downtown Champaign is now simply just open.
(Because so many businesses do this, please allow me this PSA. A soft opening is when you open a business and don’t announce it to the public. You invite friends and family, or you quietly invite a small number of people. It’s a means to test out the systems and the staff, to work out the quirks and bugs before you open to the public.)
