Mark Hartstein, the brains and brawn behind Rhizome Productions (Saru Ramen, Champaign-Urbana Smørrebrød Project) will teach a DIY Kimchi class at Common Ground Food Co-op on Wednesday, April 30th from 6–7:30 p.m. The class is $15 for owners, $20 for non-owners, and you’ll learn the basics of making your own kimchi. You’ll even get to take some kimchi home.
