By now, you’ve seen that new building on the corner of University and Lincoln. You know, the one with all the empty commercial / retail space? Well, it won’t be empty much longer.
Einstein Bros. Bagels will be joining the ranks of C-U this summer, according to a very good source, otherwise known as my brother, who happens to work in the building. If he’s wrong, you can stop reading his column.
As for the bagels, well, let’s just say I personally only believe in one bagel ’round these parts, and they really aren’t available “over the counter” unless you seek them out. Go here for details.
