According to The News-Gazette, a new sign up in Farmer City is sparking outrage. The sign, which was put up on the one-year anniversary of Michael Brown’s death, reads: “Congrats Michael Brown: one year with no criminal behavior.“
It should go without saying that poking fun at the death of a teenager is horrendous, but other than that, there are no words to articulate just how disgusting this is.
So I’d like to extend the most sincere middle finger possible to Schmidt’s Welding & Machine Shop in Farmer City. They’re doing a great job at setting the new Central Illinois standard for stupidity.
