As many of you have seen, this weekend the Illinois 5K and Illinois Marathon will be taking place on Friday, April 21st and Saturday, April 22nd. Which means that MTD will be rerouting buses throughout Campustown and along Green Street.

Due to the Illinois Marathon 5K race on Friday, April 21, 2017, there will be reroutes throughout campus. Please expect delays and plan accordingly. Reroutes will begin between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm with a return to regular service after approximately 1.5 hours depending upon when the race route is opened. Reroute details:

50 EAST GREEN: Market to University to Fourth to Springfield to Goodwin to Illinois to Vine and regular routes as far as Cottage Grove & Colorado then Cottage Grove to Mumford to Philo to Silver. A van will cover Meijer, Southeast Urbana, and Orchard Downs and a van will operate between Illinois Terminal and the Green/Locust area.
