Hogchute‘s summer installment, Hogchute Opry at Kalyx Center in Monticello, will take place on June 1st. They’ve announced their lineup, which you can see below via their Instagram. The Fights (which appears to be a reunion after 2017’s show was announced to be their last)**, Angie Heaton, Bones Jugs, Frontier Folk Nebraska, and more are on this year’s lineup. They say “many more” on this announce, so perhaps there are still a few more TBA.
Last year’s festival hosted Ryley Walker, Jack Grelle, and many more. You can stream the recording of the festival below via Hogchute’s Bandcamp.
** UPDATE, 4:10 pm: Some clarification regarding the Fights’ performance at Hogchute: The Fights are not playing the festival as a band, but rather as Angie Heaton’s backing band. They will not be performing on their own.
