Muchacho, Broadway Food Hall’s build-your-own-rice-bowl vendor, has many options that are delicious. Combinations are nearly endless. (I said nearly, I understand that there are, indeed, a finite number of combinations.) My order is spicy, and briny, and fermented. It’s a little funky, if you will.
