The UP Center of Champaign County just announced today that the amazing Kate Bornstein (yes, her) has agreed to be the headliner for Pride Fest 2013.
Decades ago, when transgender people first hit my radar, Kate Bornstein was my guide, my educator, my encyclopedia on all things gender identity and … well, gender anything. I adore her. How awesome that she’s coming here!
