Miga is hosting a Japanese whisky tasting next Wednesday, March 28th. For $65 per person, you’ll taste whisky from three different distilleries and pair those samples with some bites from Miga. The tasting is from 6 to 8:30 p.m.; make your reservations at 217-398-1020.
We will be featuring 3 Japanese Distilleries, and tasting through flights of their whiskies. April, from Tenzing Wine & Spirits, will guide you through the selections and distilleries and Chef Blake has prepared some fun, casual food pairings as well.
