After an eight year break from working at video game company Deep Silver Volition, the original founder of the company — Mike Kulas — has returned as the GM of the company. Kulas has spent time working at Revival Productions, most recently on Overload, which was released on a variety of platforms last year.
Volition has had some ups and downs as of late, especially following the release of Agents of Mayhem a couple of years ago. They’ve since rebounded, working on a new game, and Kulas is a welcomed addition into the fold alongside the return of Jim Boone.
Kulas’ work is second to none in the video game world, and you can read all about his return in his interview (as well as Boone’s) with GamesIndustry here. This is good news all around for the tech community and Volition, of course.
