Red Bicycle Ice Cream in Urbana will close for the season on November 12th. This newbie ice cream shop seems to have had a successful first season — you can read SP’s review here.
Red Bicycle will likely reopen in May 2018; follow on Facebook for updates.
Until then, grab your scoops and milkshakes. The shop is also selling quarts; you can get yours in the store, and keep it in your freezer for later.
Hours until November 12th are Thursday and Friday, 3:30 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, noon to 9 p.m.
