Salad Meister is a new salad-based restaurant opening soon in Campustown — perhaps as early as next week (April 16th or 17th). While there’s no official grand opening as of this moment, pay attention to their Facebook page for an official announcement soon.
This is an interesting (and awesome) concept, and one that doesn’t particularly exist here in Champaign-Urbana currently. Sure, you can get salads at tons of places around C-U, but this is a welcomed concept to the community. 601 6th Street, Suite 104 in Champaign is where the restaurant will exist, which is the creation of Rob Meister (Minneci’s owner) —and you can check out the menu, scope, hours, and more information below.

All of our containers are made with renewable energy and are both biodegradable and recyclable. A portion of our energy use is provided by renewable energy.
