The spring Residential Electronics Recycling event is coming up on May 18th at Parkland College, and sign up for drop off times opens at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 8th.
Currently, those living in Bondville, Champaign, Fisher, Gifford, Homer, Ivesdale, Ludlow, Mahomet, Ogden, Rantoul, Royal, Sadorus, Savoy, Sidney, St. Joseph, Thomasboro, Urbana, and Unincorporated Champaign County are eligible to register.
Residents in Broadlands, Longview, Pesotum, Philo, and Tolono — eligibility has not been confirmed. You can check the registration site periodically to see if that has changed.
That site will also give you all of the important details, including what is accepted and not accepted, and the procedure for registering and showing up that day.
