The Himalayan Chimney, a new Indian restuarant at 134 West Church Street, Champaign (formerly Nitaya Thai), is set to open on Tuesday, May 9th. The interior space has been renovated; check out some photos on Facebook. The restaurant, owned by the same folks as Urbana’s Sitara, will be open for lunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 4:30 to 10 p.m.
