The Red Herring‘s popular Wednesday night vegan fusion dinner resumes this week. All of the students aren’t back yet, so if you’re looking to get on to campus a little more easily, now’s the time to do it.
This week’s menu features Greek food, which will easily adapt to plant-based ingredients. The final menu will be posted on the restaurant’s Facebook page sometime this week (linked above).
