From the press release

The Urbana Public Arts Program is seeking artists interested in exhibiting and selling their work at the 2017 Urbana Art Expo. Artists interested in participating in this juried fine arts fair must submit their applications by the extended deadline of 11:59 p.m. CST on Monday, October 16, 2017. Twenty artists or artist groups selected from the application pool will be offered the opportunity to display and sell their works at the event.

The second annual Urbana Art Expo is presented by the Urbana Public Arts Program and Commission in collaboration with 40 North: Champaign County Arts Council. The Expo will take place at the Urbana Civic Center (108 E. Water Street) on Sunday, November 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

There is no application fee, but artists invited to participate will be asked to pay a small booth rental fee. “The Urbana Art Expo is a unique opportunity for area artists to showcase their work and connect with their community,” says Rachel Lauren Storm, Public Arts Coordinator at the City of Urbana. “The Urbana Public Arts Program works to keep participation affordable at $50 for Champaign County artists and $80 for non-Champaign County artists.”

The application form can be downloaded at http://www.urbanaillinois.us/artexpo. Interested artists must submit the form with their work samples attached by October 16th, 2017 to [email protected].
