When was the last time you visited the Vietnamese restaurant in Urbana? I was there for lunch, but wasn’t really in the mood for pho, so instead I ordered the bun dau hu chien ($7.95), which is stir fried tofu on a bed of greens and vermicelli, with roasted peanuts, and herbs. It was delicious and refreshing.
Now that the weather is cooling down, I’ll definitely be returning for some pho.
