On this week’s edition of Smile Politely Radio, we take a road trip down to Savoy to speak with Anthony Benjamin, owner/brewmaster at Triptych Brewing. The brand new brewery just opened last week and has drawn big crowds already.
We talk to Anthony about his development as a brewer, how he and his partners got the brewery off the ground, and where you will be able to get the beers around town. And I suppose you want to hear about the actual beers they’re offering too, eh?
