We’re all a-quiver what with the new Sufjan Stevens rock-opera “The BQE” dropping, plus the delayed-for-a-week Atlas Sound (Deerhunter dude), the new Flight of the Conchords (songs from Season Two), Pavement princeling Spiral Stairs’ new effort, new albums from Lightning Bolt, Maps, Fu Manchu, Fuck Buttons, Do Make Say Think, Kings of Convenience (their mellowest yet) and OOIOO. Need a headtrip in triptych? Dead Meat, Espers and Warpaint explore three distinct triangulations of psychedelia on their new releases.
