Illinois and Michigan blueberry growers are reporting that poor weather during the critical pollination period resulted in less fruit setting on. Illinois-grown blueberries are still weeks off, Central Illinois grown ones won’t be ready until July. So, when they finally arrive at the market, snap them up, there won’t be many.
