Bayern Stube is selling off its taxidermy collection

You may recall that Gibson City’s German restaurant, Bayern Stube, closed at the end of August last year. You may also be wondering what happened to all the stuff inside the restaurant, like the boar’s head or flying goose, or any other number of antique or taxidermied items. It appears that all of those things are still there, in the building, waiting for sale.

Bayern Stube will be holding an auction; the date is still TBD, so follow on Facebook for updates. The building is also for sale, if you’re interested.
