Now that winter is over, it’s time for the best season: baseball season. Seriously, it’s the most wonderful time of the year, and when I can’t make it to the actual ballpark, I need someplace to go and cheer on my team. With a lot of games starting earlier in the afternoon, finding the perfect place can be tricky at times.
Bentley’s in Downtown Champaign, however, is changing the game with new hours. Instead of opening at 3 p.m., they will be opening at noon for baseball on Sundays. Now I have the place to drink my sorrows away at another White Sox loss… (plus hotdogs, because baseball, duh. Though donations are preferred for those dogs, so don’t skimp on it).
