A new video from Vox.com, featuring Wendy Tam Cho and her research team from the University of Illinois’ NCSA facility, has just gone live. Their research team is using the Blue Waters Supercomputer to measure how partisan a given electoral district is, or in other words, how gerrymandered it is.
