C-U Public Health, in partnership with the Community Health Partnership of Illinois and Champaign Lions Club, will be hosting a Community Back to School Health Fair and Family Fun Day on June 25th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in their parking lot.
Students in need of physicals, dental exams, vision screenings, and COVID vaccines can get those things taken care of, and the first 100 families to pre-register for a school or sports physical will receive a free computer. Families can pre-register by scanning the code on the flyer below. The event will have free food, books and school supplies, as well as plenty of activities for kids.
