Cafe Kopi has been posting various handwritten notes found around the cafe for their #KopiFoundArt series, which is a pretty fun and heartwarming rabbithole to go down. If you’re unfamiliar, there are several hidden features inside of its walls that might go unnoticed if you’re not paying attention.

Paul West, the longtime owner and operator of Cafe Kopi, once sent in this SPlog which showcased some of the secrets of the cafe through its 20+ years of business. Here’s what he said about it back in 2016:

A couple of the old tables in the dining area are fitted with drawers, one of which has amassed several hundred notes left by customers over the years. The quotes, doodles, confessions, or just greetings to future guests, have become the equivalent of our own Post Secret. The drawer was stuffed so full, we had to move the excess to a drawer in the other room.

Perhaps you’re one of these people who have placed a note in the drawer, or hidden something somewhere inside the cafe? Here are some of the notes they’ve posted, and surely, there are many more coming down the pike to be revealed, so follow them on Facebook and Instagram if you don’t want to miss it. And speaking of throwbacks, Espresso Royale (which owns Cafe Kopi) has these coupons they’re handing out at Quad Day with an awesome retro logo.
