Cao’s Hot Pot restaurant will soon open on Sixth Street in Campustown across the street from Poke Lab in the space where Mitsu & Tsaocaa was. The hot pot restaurant is not new to C-U. In the pandemic, Cao’s Hot Pot closed their restaurant inside Fresh International Market, and now Shiquan Hot Pot is in that space. Cao’s also had a location on Springfield Avenue where Da Shark restaurant is now.
The restaurant is currently being remodeled with no opening date yet announced.
