That’s right — Shiners Moonshine will open on Neil Street sometime soon. According to Facebook, they will serve 14 different kinds of moonshine, vodka, bourbon, and rum. The moonshine flavors are interesting: oatmeal cookie, bananas foster, apple pie, lemon, chocolate, French toast, among others.
