In the most recent allocation of CARES Act funds, the City of Champaign received $760,141 in stimulus funds to respond to the pandemic.
They are inviting the public to offer comments on the proposed uses for these additional funds. There will be a public comment period from November 26th to December 1st. You can review a draft of the amendment to the Five-Year Consolidated Plan here and offer input via email. There will be a public hearing on December 1st at 7 p.m. during the city council meeting.
