Writer and illustrator Dan Wild recently released a collection of horror stories, Stories for Imaginary Friends. This Friday, October 22nd, he will be doing a reading of some of those stories at The Literary. Here’s a taste of what to expect:
This book is a true grab-bag – one that grabs back. It’s a delicious salad, and on top is a bloody finger wearing a diamond ring – which is to say, it’s gross, it’s beautiful, and it’s pointed right at you. So take a chance and dig in. If you do, you‘ll be horrified, delighted, and touched.
He’ll begin at 7 p.m., and there will be copies of the book available for purchase.
Seems like a great way to get yourself in a Halloween sort of mood.
