State Senator Darren Bailey, R-Xenia, is running for governor, and it looks like he might be considering “Hope and Change” as his new campaign slogan. Funny, because that symbol is pretty visible in this meme he posted — in which he was big mad about a groundbreaking for the Obama Presidential Library.
