The concept is pretty straightforward. Ten beers, $10, 10 p.m. Virgil Grider, who knows some things about beer, selects each week’s line up for drinking and learning. Sometimes there’s a theme, sometime’s there isn’t. Sometimes local beers are included in the list, sometimes they aren’t.
