Dim Sum House has opened in Campustown. Located at the corner of Fourth and Green Streets beside Northern Cuisine, the new restaurant is in the same space that used to be unlimited hot pot restaurant Chong Qing House, which has moved inside Hot Wok Express. Before that, the corner restaurant was Lai Lai Wok.

The new Dim Sum House offers a variety of — you guessed it — dim sum (small shared plates). The dim sum menu includes Cantonese sponge cake, scallion pancakes, egg tart puff pastry, crab rangoon, fried dough sticks, egg rolls, roast duck spring rolls, fried shrimp, bacon rolls, chicken feet, dumplings, rice noodle rolls, and five kinds of buns: pork buns, chives buns, custard buns, colorful oatmeal buns, and creamy buns. And that’s just the dim sum. The Chinese restaurant also has appetizers, Cantonese-style barbecue, seafood, soup, fried rice, chef’s specials, congee, dessert, and drinks like hot tea, green tea, and red bean slush.
