We’ve shared that the Champaign Park District’s Youth Theatre program is putting on a production of Frozen Jr. later this month. If you have a kid that would like to be even more immersed in the world of Elsa and Anna, you can take them to the Disney’s Frozen Coronation Ball happening at the Orpheum Children’s Science Museum on November 16th from 1 to 3 p.m. There will be:
- An indoor snowball fight
- Frozen Sing-along (I would be all over this)
- Dancing with the cast of Disney’s Frozen JR.
- The crowning of Queen Elsa
You have a few more days to purchase tickets, which are $30. This includes your entrance, dessert, beverage, and a Disney Frozen treasure bag. The proceeds from the event will benefit the Youth Theatre program, allowing them to purchase new microphones.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for the Frozen Jr. performances the following weekend.
