Fans of world music and tango won’t want to miss “Starlight Tango with Winnie and Friends.” Featuring internationally recognized tango pianist, Winnie Wingye Cheung, her band, Tamango, and local tango orchestra, Bandoneon Massacre, the event will be begin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 26th, and will be held outdoors at the Independent Media Center, with a $5 cover charge.
