After seeing 7-day positivity rates rise above eight percent for three consecutive days across Region 6, which includes Champaign County, the Illinois Department of Public Health will be ordering restaurants and bars to cease indoor service in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The official annoucement will happen later this morning.
