Savoy is slowing building up a little food plaza, and the most recent addition is El Rancho Grande II. This is the second location for the Mexican restaurant (the first is in Villa Grove).
El Rancho Grande II is now a neighbor to Industrial Donut, I Wok, Sonic, and Aldi. You can learn more about the restaurant on its Facebook page.
